Late Cancelation, No Show, and Late Fee Policies *

24-hour cancellation policy: We will text the day before the groom to confirm. You may cancel the day before free of charge. No show policy: You will be charged the full price of the groom. Late policy: There is a $50 fee if you are late to the appointment. If you are 15 or more minutes late you may be turned away. If you are more than 30 minutes late it will be considered a no-show.

Turn Away Policy *

It is at the groomers discretion whether the dog can be groomed or not due to potential fear reactions. If the groomer deems they are unable to groom the dog they may decide it is not safe for themselves and the dog to continue with the groom. You will not be charged for the groom if your dog cannot be groomed.

If the groomer determines your dog will need to be shaved D'Tails will reach out and offer the option to re-schedule the groom. We will not shave your dog without expressed consent. The groomer will provide an updated grooming price for a shave. If you choose to cancel or re-schedule for this reason you will not be charged for the groom. *
